Creative Cloud Installer not doing anything?

I just got a new laptop (Mac Air Monterey 12.1) and am trying to download Creative Cloud. I have the DMG installed, and when I try double clicking the Creative Cloud Installer icon, nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Monika, did you move any files or apps over to the MacBook Air?
