Creative Cloud Installer Stopped Working on brand new pc

Hi There
    My daughter just got her new pc and we are trying to install Creative Cloud and every single time it stops working when it prompts for log in.   This pc is brand new (less than a week since she has had it) and never had adobe installed on it at all. At this point we are rather fed up and ready to cancel.  Hopefully there is someone or something that can help.

Nikkia89895984, do you receive any specific errors when installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?  What operating system is running on the new PC?

For most errors the four solutions listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app will allow for a successful installation of the Creative Cloud desktop app.  Please update this public forum discussion if you have any questions on how to implement the listed solutions.
