Creative Cloud Installer Trouble Shooting

I bought the Creative Cloud program and recently tried to download the Creative Cloud Installer but in the middle of the download it just dissapeared. I tried this numerous times and it is not working. I thought that it was because I needed to update my Macbook pro so I did but even now it won't download. Please help ASAP . I need these programs for courses that I am taking now. Thank you for your attention and time.

Celina Montenegro do you receive a specific error message?   Please utilize the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

I am having the same problem, but there no uninstall CC manager in my adobe folder at the utilities folders in my system files.

Dragon3463 if you are unable to complete solution one due to uninstallers being removed then please continue to solution 2 and 3 as needed.
