Creative Cloud Installer wants to make changes message keeps appearing

I am unable to find my Username and Password in all our info. We have one account for Adobe which has a user name and password and these aren't accepted on this second computer and since the first user is using the account does that negate my using it? How can I find my (personal) user name and password. Our account is up-to-date and I want to access Lightroom CC

    When person A buys a subscription, that is ONLY for person A, not to be shared with person B

    Person A may install and activate on 2 computers, but only one may be in use at a time

    If you purchased a subscription, did you save your purchase email information?
