I have been trying to install Creative Cloud with my subscription. I download the installer from adobe.com ( done multiple times ) but always after signin I just get a white screen.

I have tried

1. Delete the OOBE files

2. Uninstall all adobe applications and delete related files

3. Remove special characters from my name in the profile

4. Remove special character in the team owner profile

5. Set the compatability to

5. a 256 color

6. high-dpi ignore

7. with external and laptop screen

8. windows 8 mode

6. Run in administrator mode

But it always goes to white screen. Running Windows 10 Enterprise Edition Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134 on a Lenovo X1Y 3rd Gen ( System Model 20LES3VA00 )

Depillinn123, sorry you are facing problems utilizing your Creative Cloud membership on the Lenovo laptop.  Was it previously installed and working successfully on this computer?  I am showing your membership is active but the last activation request was received on July 9, 2018.

If you were previously using the Creative Cloud membership on this computer, then see Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications for details on how to resolve connection errors that can cause the errors you are experiencing.

You are also welcome to contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care although the same connection error preventing the computer from activating may also be blocking your ability to chat with a member of our support team.

Please update this public forum discussion if you have any questions.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

1. No CC apps installed

2. Can't installl the CC Desktop app that's the issue, so can't uninstall

3. Did the clean both according the instructions and the CS Cleaner Tool ( Everything )

4. Tried, it goes white after the login screen

5. Created a administrator account, exact same behaviour after login just a white screen

Newly installed Lenovo X1Y 3rd gen machine. Does my subscription to Creative Cloud really just include community forum help ? ( couldn't find anything else in my account page )
