Creative Cloud Installer Won't Start on Windows Vista

Hello, I just got Creative Cloud today and have never used it before. Unfortunately, whenever I click on CreativeCloudSet-Up nothing happens. I've opened task manager and it doesn't show it anywhere. It wouldn't open when I right clicked and pressed open or run as administrator. I'm currently using Windows Vista. Another interesting note is that torrents like BitTorrent and uTorrent have both had the same problems for me in the past, even after I've reformatted my computer. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on Flash, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm currently using Windows Vista.

Your operating system may be incompatible.

Most, if not all, Cloud apps require Windows 7 or Windows 8.

System requirements | Flash Professional

They don't run on XP or Vista.

Well that isn't very good news for me. But thank you for the quick reply. Hopefully I can upgrade soon.
