Creative Cloud installing update is stuck

Installing update process in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is stuck at 39%. Uninstalled CC app and repeat the installation process for several times. but nothing changes. it remains at 39 % for hours. I tried almost all the suggestions from the adobe help. I'm eagerly waiting for the solution.

      Today morning I again tried to install the cc desktop app. This time the installation process completed and CC got installed. Thank for your response.

      Genau so sieht meine Mitteilung auch aus, wie bei alamrayhan. Es bleibt bei mir bei 38% stehen. Und das seit Stunden. Über 38% geht es nicht hinaus. Was muss ich genau tun, dass das Update vollständig herunter geladen wird? Bitte schreibt mir genau was ich machen muss. Am besten in einzelnen Schritten, damit ich es genau nach machen kann.

      Bitte helft mir so schnell wie möglich.

      Do you ever receive any specific errors while installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, Alamrayhan?  If not, then please complete the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html to complete the installation process.

      I already completed those steps. however, it showed 2 different error codes 2 times. I also looked for solutions for those codes. one says it's the network problem and other suggests to uninstall the cc app using cc uninstaller app. and reinstall it. But that also didn't help.

      it seems everything was disappeared how to restart it sofeware
