Creative Cloud is corrupted

Hi. I've  just installed Fuse cc without  any problems. It installs creative cloud as part of that process. However, it tells me that creative cloud is in error or corrupt. and thus does not work. It says I can re-download creative cloud to solve the problem, but I continually get the above message, after re-downloading creative cloud 5 times! I really want to get Fusecc(beta) up and running, so what do I do now? (I'm nearly 81 and possibly just being stupid...but any help would be appreciated.)

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

My sincere thanks to you and kglad. I removed everything as told, then

decided to try a trial download of something else. This installed perfectly

and the new trial program AND Fuse CC now both work perfectly. It looks as

if the copy of CC that Fuse CC installs is corrupt. The other copy

installed by the trial program I downloaded gave no problems at all. Thanks

again to both of you, alsso for your very prompt replies. Sorry I am only

thanking you now but there was a bit of a domestic crisis in between.
