Creative Cloud is hanging at 41% installing update

This is on a Windows 10 box.

I've run the cleaner

I've logged out and back in

I've rebooted my computer.

My system should be fine running it  :: Intel Core i7-6820 @2.7ghz 20gb Ram (64 bit)

What kind of hoops do I need to jump through to get this installed? It's kind of nuts.

I've been reading the various "hang up during install" threads..(kind of obnoxious how often this pops up). Shouldn't be this common.

Any help would be great..

The Windows link is "no longer active". Your support SUCKS!!!!!!   Lightroom continues to hang at 43% install. I've uninstalled and retried 3 times! Why is this happening??? I will soon cancel my subscription and find another product!

I'm not sure how this answer was marked as correct, since it wasn't. After MANY attempts I finally got it to work but none the links provided were any help and were in fact Mac related.

I am having the same issue and none of the adobe solution helped.. Did you manage to resolve it.
