Creative cloud is missing from tool bar and cannot be found in PC with windows 10

Question

Creative cloud is missing from the tool bar and it cannot be found anywhere in my computer with Windows 10, Ps cc 2019, L R. It happened Dec 9/2019 after a downloading from Adobe which was stopped and disappeared with Creative Clouds. I am still paying for Adobe PS cc 2019 every year. I would like to download Creative clouds only, do I have to pay any extra money for that?

Hello there,You may try the below steps:1. Uninstall Creative cloud desktop application Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application 2. Remove OOBE folder. Windows: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBEHidden user AppData folder on windows: Show hidden files, folders, and filename extensions in Windows 10 and earlier Mac OS: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBEHidden user Library Mac: Access hidden Mac OS library files 3. Download Creative cloud Desktop application using direct download link. How to download Creative Cloud desktop app 4. Install the CCDA application and try to launch and check if that works now.Regards,Nikhil Gupta
