Creative Cloud is not synchronised with install

Hello,

 

As said in the title, in the creative cloud application, the software installed on my computer are not in the "already install" list.

So it's a bit disturbing.

I probably don't know if there is new vesrion to install, as creative cloud told me that they are not install on my computer.

 

Any idea ?

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

if that then fails to show your installed apps, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R


if that fails, (re)install the apps that are already installed.

It works by "repairing" the adobe creative cloud.
