Creative Cloud is not installing  my apps.  I keep getting the following message.

Exit Code: 105

Try creating a new computer user account with full admin level permissions.

Assuming your computer meets all the system requirements to run Creative Cloud apps,

Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements

This sounds like a permissions problem.  See this related discussion.
