Creative CLoud Issue

Hi ,

Ive downloaded the creative cloud desktop app but it doesn't show the icon for  'apps' once signing into the app. I cant download my paid prescription because of this. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Please help urgently how do i get the app icon to show up.
