2019 CC has just been a nightmare, very difficult to update apps, it just bombs out while working sometimes the apps never work while starting them, i don't how many times i have to sign in because the Apps keeps on asking for sign in details, CC is really frustrating i cant even count how many times i have called in for support, "terrible support", we are at an age where software should be flawless and easy to access and update but damn who ever is making changes to CC is really making life difficult, this cloud thing with its every constant updates to the Apps is really annoying. CS6 WAS SOLID, I NEVER experienced THIS NONSENSE IM GOING THROUGH WITH CC.

I'm totally with you on this. The worst part is that I really don't feel any kind of genuine interest from Adobe to actually listen to their clients. I've used Adobe products for more than 25 years, but with CC 2019 so many errors and issues keep coming that I've stopped keeping track of them. Totally infrequent breakdowns, sloooooow loading of both files and apps, windows disappearing, floating toolwindows not loading when starting up, etc etc etc... the worst part: we really don't have an alternative... I feel like Adobe hired in a bunch of new developers, who really don't care about existing clients, but delivers half finished products, hoping for somebody else to clean up their mess... maybe the dreaded millenial-effect has kicked in at Adobe, too?

The interesting part in this is that I'm on the same MacBook Pro as 3 years ago (2,5 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB, Intel iris Pro 1536 MB, 500 GB SSD), and it has NEVER had these kind of hiccups as it does since upgrading to CC 2019. I've spoken with several authorized apple-supporters, who all say the same thing: the Mac is more than powerfull enough to run Adobe CC 2019.

Your call, Adobe!

Which operating system? Hardware specs?

Is CC 2019 the version you're struggling with? Were earlier versions OK?

ever consider the possibility of user error? there are many of us with zero issues with updates, installs and everything else. So it could be user error, or hardware issues...
