Hello everyone, my name is Kornel and i'm starting a course for Web design and e commerce certified by adobe. I subscribed to Creative Cloud for students but the applications are all in trial version. Is it normal? The subscription is for the whole year and photoshop trial ends in just 7 days. What's wrong?
confirm your subscription is active and confirm your subscription id, Adobe ID
if it is, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay/check for your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
