Creative cloud keeps opening constantly

Whenever I close CC it just opens back up a minute later as my front window. I've tried closing it in task manager and disabled "launch creative cloud on login" but that doesn't work.

That's happening to me too. Except whenever I close a Steam game it opens up saying if I want to uninstall or keep After Effects after I uninstalled it through Settings/Apps.

There is only one way to full Close the CC desktop app.

Mac you do Command + q then select the Quit button on the window that pops up.

Windows you use Crtl + w then the Quit button on the window that pops up.

If you do that and then the CC DTA keeps opeing up you have a problem with your computer. Something is making it start up. Something is Forcing it to start up.
