Creative cloud launches but doesn't respond to any clicks - Mac Mini M1/BigSur 11.2.2

Hi -

I need to use illustrator this morning, and I'm trying to download it. When I go to creative cloud, I can scroll up and down in the display, but nothing is clickable. Menus, update buttons, left side panel. It's very bizarre. Rebooting didn't help. Yes, I'm logged in. Anyone else have this issue?
