Creative cloud launching multiple copies on startup

I am wondering if someone can help explain why Creative cloud launches multiple copies on startup? I have turned off the start at launch option, but that seems to have no effect. It holds up my computer for a good 10-15 minutes every time this happens. It starts so many copies it maxes out my CPU. See attached photos and video of CC freaking out at boot. I have also tried a full reinstall and that seems to make little difference. This is the only application that does this
