Hello,

My libraries arent appearing in any program and when I click on the CC icon to open it nothing happens. I'm getting the 'Something went wrong initializing the Creative Cloud Libraries' message. I am on Wondows 10...any suggestions?! When i log on online the libraries are all there.

Thanks

Sally

Hi Sally,

Please refer Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products

Hope that helps!

Sheena

Hi Sheena,

I've tried all of the suggested repairs but to no avail. It's been 8 days since my libraries have worked. Do you have any suggestions? I posted this in the wrong place last week:

"I opened illustrator on Monday and I was signed out of the creative cloud, when I signed back in I got the error of "something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries". The libraries aren't available on all apps and I've tried everything Adobe suggested. When I opened my Activity Monitor, "CC Library" wasn't there. I'm not really sure what else I should do.

Here is a log from my computer: https://wsi.li/hUD6t7xZq1gE/1117472"

Thank you,
Stephanie

I'm having the same issue. I'm on Windows 10 Pro build 17134. I've attempted every possible fix and nothing is allowing libraries to load in any Adobe app.

I think this is an Adobe issue. I attempted to update to Premiere 12.1.2 and the CC libraries folder was created on my desktop instead of in the usual folder inside users/appdata/roaming/adobe. I had problems with 12.1.2 and so I've reverted back to 12.1.1.10

What is the correct location for the creative cloud libraries? And should there be a PPRO folder along with LIBS and PHXS folders?

Adobe, we need better information so that users can troubleshoot this without having to do endless Google searching.

Have you checked your CC App? It probably is showing that it is installing an update, but not getting very far. I am having the same issue. Creative Cloud App will not update.
