Ok so, I have recently renew my Creative Cloud License, and today when I try to access the cc apps, like Photoshop for example, It says that I'm using trial version... Anyways, I've access my adobe website account , and there's a message saying that I only have the free version of Creative cloud...

The case number that proves, that I recently renewed my subscription is : REMOVED

I need to do some works here, and now I'm stuck

Need help
