Creative Cloud link with Adobe Acrobat Reader removed from Mobile

The “Creative Cloud” menu option has been deleted from the main screen in Acrobat reader on IOS devices when you press the down arrow to reveal the options.  See the screen shot

I have signed out of creative cloud and signed back in again and had the same problem.  I have also deleted the Adobe Acrobat Reader from my iPad Pro and then added it back and it still does not link with Creative Cloud.

When you press down arrow and select “More Locations” the files that appear are 1) no longer syncing with Creative Cloud and 2) they are flattened which means you can’t use hyperlinks to move between pages or to access the web.
