Creative Cloud lists uninstalled programs as installed?

I recently upgraded the operating system on my computer from 32 to 64-bit, and this meant I had to re-install all of my software.

When I re-downloaded the creative cloud suite, it showed some of the programs as installed, even though I hadn't started downloading any of them, and none of the listed programs show up in Control Panel.

This is a screenshot of the control panel's list of programs, compared to creative cloud's list of supposedly installed programs: http://i.imgur.com/MTn7UyQ.png?1

Vulpez did you format an install before you installed the 64-bit version of Windows?  Or did you just upgrade your existing installation?

Please try the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to restore your ability to install the Adobe Creative applications included with your membership.
