Creative Cloud locked up and had to Uninstall. Upon reinstall it initializes and downloads 2/3 but then stops every time. How to remedy this?

Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?

May I know whether the installation box disappears during installation process?

Here's an image of what happens and as you can see from the download task bar above it how much it installs before getting this message every time.

I'm running on Windows, which was working fine previously. Please help.
