creative cloud login error

Hello Guys,

Could you help me please I worked for an organisation and I had and automatique key for the creative cloud and now I am no anymore in the same organisation and I cannot uninstall correctly creative cloud...they ask me to contact my administrator creative cloud....I try to delete everything but I am still blocking...please help
