Question

Creative Cloud: Many files left despite uninstallation

Hello community,

I uninstalled Creative Cloud and all installed applications using the Cleaner Tool with the "1 - Clear all" setting.

However, there are still 11 GB (!!!) of Adobe data in various folders, i.e. AppData, ApplicationData, Programs etc. The taskmanager shows 2 services (UpdateService and AcrobatUpdateService) and there are several registry entries. My created files are secured and I need no longer the settings.

Is there anything wrong with deleting all this data manually?

Thanks in advance

Ute

for a clean uninstall:

uninstall every cc app, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop appusing the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

only then, clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
