Creative Cloud Membership but full Adobe Spark features not available.

Hi. I have a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year, prepaid)‎ and yet I can not access the full features for Adobe Spark, when logged in to my account.  I am really disappointed, as I bought the Creative Cloud membership specifically so I could access all the Adobe Spark features.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

In addition to Abambo's question... What features specifically are you trying to use? If you're using the mobile version, please make sure the app is up to date.

I used Spark video just yesterday and didn't have any issues. If you'll give us some more info, we can better help you

Thank you. I can use Spark just fine, but have the Spark watermark and can't access the full features (different fonts etc).

Are you logged in with the correct Adobe id, the one that has the CC subscription attached?

The CC Student&Teacher edition is not different from the standard CC edition except the price tag attached to it. I'm not a spark user, but I just fiddled a little bit with Spark and what I tried did work.

How did you access the Spark pages?
