creative cloud membership won't renew even though credit card information has been upgraded

I had a credit card expire and I updated the account properly with a current credit card but the account won't update even thought Adobe charged my card. Is there a real number to call? It's kind of silly having a forum fix a billing issue isn't it? I realize there are a ton of questions that can be answered via a forum but i doubt anyone can fix this with a FAQ link. And yes I did wait the prerequisite 15minutes (4 hours) that was suggested.

You're pretty much right in that there is not much anyone can do here in this forum to manage your Adobe account.  Try contacting Adobe support thru chat and see if they can help get things straightened out.
