Creative Cloud monthly fee issue
Recently I signed up to a monthly payment plan to be allowed more storage capacity for Creative Cloud.
I have noticed the 20gb is reducing even if I clear out my folder.
Why are Adobe taking monthly installments from customers if they are not allowing the 20gb capacity to be replenished each month.
If it was a 1 off payment for the storage I could understand but you are taking payments off me each month and the 20gb is still reducing.
This is a scam from Adobe and something needs to be done about it FAST.
I am currently pushing for info on the ombudsman for Adobe. Since using the service I have noticed they care more about the money side of things than actually providing a fair service.
WHAT AM I PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR??????????????
I think its time I moved on to Procreate. Seems to be a much better platform in all areas.
