Creative Cloud monthly fee issue

Recently I signed up to a monthly payment plan to be allowed more storage capacity for Creative Cloud.

I have noticed the 20gb is reducing even if I clear out my folder.

Why are Adobe taking monthly installments from customers if they are not allowing the 20gb capacity to be replenished each month.

If it was a 1 off payment for the storage I could understand but you are taking payments off me each month and the 20gb is still reducing.

This is a scam from Adobe and something needs to be done about it FAST.

I am currently pushing for info on the ombudsman for Adobe. Since using the service I have noticed they care more about the money side of things than actually providing a fair service.

WHAT AM I PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR??????????????

I think its time I moved on to Procreate. Seems to be a much better platform in all areas.

Looks like you have storage via the App Store where you purchase 20GB of storage for a monthly fee, rather than 20GB per month for a monthly fee.

MORE STORAGE (optional in-app purchase)

You can purchase an additional 20GB of Creative Cloud file storage for $1.99 US Dollars per month. The recurring payment is automatically charged to your iTunes account. To stop service, go to Account Settings and turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of your billing period. Prorating is unavailable - when you turn off auto-renew, service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.

Is there a way I can delete files from my 20gb capacity?

or will the 20gb capacity continue to reduce although I have deleted the files out of my account?

Sorry, but could you formulate your problem in such a way that we can understand what is happening?

This is what I understood:

You have a Photography plan.

You think that you have each month a fresh allocation of 20Gb, so first month 20, second 40, ...

That is not the case.

You are paying for the use of the programs Photoshop, Lightroom Classic and eventually also Lightroom (but that one is of very limited use, as the cloud storage is just enough to try it out, but not for serious work...)

so u actually did understand what I was saying.

why would I think the storage is from 20 to 40 etc?

I pay a fee for a capacity. If I use 5gb of 20gb it should be replenished back to 20gb each month due to the monthly fee I am paying.

Is there a way I can delete projects to increase my storage back?

How do I go about it?

Beverley Gray says other. According to her you are having plan giving you 20gb of cloud storage and not the Photography plan with 20Gb of cloud storage included.

If you use 5Gb, the remaining space will be 15Gb.

What plan did you buy? Before I continue to speculate, give some more information, also on your operating system.
