Creative Cloud monthly plan doesn't work on my iPad

Question

I canot get my monthly subscription plan to download correctly nor apparently can I get this post to type correctly. When I download CC onto my iPad it won't download any of the apps without asking for money,

2nd - full programs require a Mac or Windows computer, not an ipad
