Creative cloud ne s'installe pas

Salut. Malgres plusieurs ré-instalations et re-démarages de mon ordi, l'instalation de Créative Cloud ne se termine jamais. Elle demande à etre ré-instalée et recommence le processus encore et encore... Merci de vos conseils. L

Salut,

 

Normally Customer Support recommends this sequence:

 

1. Uninstall all Adobe apps using standard OS procedures.

2. Download & run the CC Cleaner Tool, remove all apps.

3. Reboot your computer (don't skip this step).

4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the Creative Cloud and your tools.

 

If that doesn't work for you, then another option would be to request/use the new 2020 direct download links instead, which don't use the Creative Cloud Desktop app at all. With those, you can download standalone installers which are industry-standard .exe/.dmg files on Windows/macOS.

 

In fact, the CC Desktop app itself is even available as an offline installer too, if that helps.

Hello, merci mais ca ne fonctionne pas. J'ai utilisé Cleaner, j'ai aussi netoyé mes mots de passe, les extenssions et tous ce qui concerne Adobe dans mon Mac mais chaque fois que je relance l'instataltion de Creative Cloud, impossible d'arriver au bout, le logiciel demande à etre réparé ou ré-installé. Je deviens fou... Mon compte est à jour, ma carte de crédit aussi.

Did you try installing either the CC Desktop app and/or the main creative apps using the direct download links? (per the previous response above)

 

That may be the best solution, given what you report.
