Creative cloud no inicia

Tengo problemas para instalar en mi otra computadora creative cloud al iniciar sección. Intente con todo el apartado de ayuda que me brinda adobe. Pero no me funciona. 
tengo Windows 10 x64 actualizado a alguien más le a pasado? 
en mi Mac me inicia correctamente. Tenía entendido que podía iniciar cuenta en dos dispositivos. Igual intenté cerrando cuenta en mi Mac y desconectar ese computador de los servicios de adobe. Y aún así no me funciona AYUDA POR FAVOR GRACIAS
