Creative Cloud no longer on Acrobat Pro DC?

I've tried to search the forum for this.

My Creative Cloud folder no longer shows up on the home page of Acrobat Pro DC.

Is there something I can do to fix this? I called Adobe a couple months ago and they said it was a glitch. It did fix itself a couple weeks later but has failed again.

Thoughts?

are you talking about your document cloud files?

I've got the Document Cloud Files but the Creative Cloud ones usually are listed on the home page of DC Pro and in folders.

When I save a document on DC Pro I usually can save it to Creative Cloud which then updates the cloud and all my devices.

close acrobat

sign out and then sign back into your cc app

open acrobat
