Creative Cloud not allowing to install apps

Hello,

 

I'm receiving a message that I don't have permission to download the apps from my creative cloud.

Can you help?

What kind of account do you have -- individual, Team or Enterprise?

If the latter two, contact your IT dept for assistance.

 

For individual account holders, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.  Also you need a computer user profile with admin level permissions to install software.
