Creative Cloud not functioning. I've used Adobe products since the beginning. Customer service refuses to solve the problem

Hello. I’ve used Adobe Products since the beginning. Adobe customer service is horrible. In 2025 I allowed Adobe Techs to come on my computer to fix the issue of creative cloud crashing my computer. The log files clearly said creative cloud was the issue. They never solved the problem, what they did was destroy my computer. In July 2025 my computer completed  crashed with no way back and I had to purchase a new one. Adobe admitted to causing the issue and ALL they gave me was 1 month of service for free. I currently pay $69.99.

Now we have a new issue. Creative Clould shows all apps are up to date and they are not. I’ve explained to the techs I will not talk on the phone and I will not allow the techs on my computer again. My case is in limbo and they refuse to respond. Soon the apps wont work because of Apple’s new chip system. Apps must be “universal” The only way to do that is for the upgrades to work.

I’m posting the case number here: ADB-45838295-M4H6

Adobe Complaint Hotline: 1-800-300-1026

I will also be complaining to Adobe Corporate AND calling this hotline that allows you to file a consumer complaint against Adobe. It’s such ashame it’s had to come to this.

Hopefully an Adobe Rep will see this post today and make something happen

I am sorry that you continue to encounter problems with our applications on your Mac. I reviewed your five most recent support cases, and the last time we were able to help you was in case ADB-40848604-K1N5 on July 18, 2025.

While I understand it is very frustrating to run into problems running computer programs, Stevefox, an immediate request to speak with a senior technician, as you did in case

In 2025.Stevefox, both of your issues were resolved by directly downloading the Creative Cloud Desktop app. You can use the installation files available at https://adobe.ly/4b6RGsK to see if that resolves your current error in 2026, Stevefox. If successful, please update this public discussion thread, so PeruBob, John T. If directly downloading and installing the Creative Cloud desktop app is unsuccessful, then you can also use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4bAErka to fix most other errors with the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Let us know, Stevefox, if you have any questions about the four listed solutions. ^JW

Jeff. With respect, you didn’t view the cases correctly in 2025. NOTHING was resolved. I had to purchase a new computer because of creative cloud because your techs came on my computer and destroyed it. Adobe clearly admitted this.

I currently have a case open that I clearly posted: ADB-45838295-M4H6

Is being handled by the adobe: senior technical team: Hameed
Hameed assured me I would be communicated with and I've heard nothing for weeks. My system still doesn't work and I pay $70 per month

I need to be emailed on that case by A PERSON. If you can make that happen, great.

I’m using this forum as a method to get Adobe to email me and get this resolved

As mentioned I”m reporting this to

    Adobe Complaint Hotline: 1-800-300-1026

    and also Adobe Corporate

    Try resetting the CC App.

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press the following:

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

How to install when you have a subscription and a problem
You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe
NOTE: the alternate download link in this link works better for some people
Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this
    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs

Hi John. I need Adobe Techs to respond on my case. I’m not going to start installing and unstalling on your recommendation (all due respect). This is a major issue. I already have apps installed, the issue is create cloud shows they are up to date and they are not.

Bottom Line, I need Adobe Techs to respond and fix the issue
