Creative Cloud not installing

Hi

I had trouble updating my Creative Cloud, it kept crashing and stalling during the updates.

I uninstalled it and have been trying to reinstall it but every time I do it reaches 18% and stalls.

Most of the time it says error 201 but I did get an error 1001 once.

Not sure if it has anything to do with my internet connection though that is bad too, but it keeps stopping at 18 which I thought was strange.

I've tried running it as administer, nothing.

My premier pro and photoshop and other apps still work, just can't update them without CC, at least I think.

(Also I'm having trouble with windows cleanup and optimiser software stalling and not working too, not sure if it is related. Also when I click on my desktop the screen stalls a moment, goes black then come back in a second)

Not sure if my NEW THIS YEAR computer is corrupted or something with installing programs and optimising software but my Trend Micro did delete the nsi.exe file and others like it for some odd reason.

I did post the situation to the windows help and support forum but they didn't help at all.

KioLeoG, Hello.
There is a description in the post that Trend Micro has detected the file.

Are you using a virusbuster as security software?
If the security software is running, the installation may not work,

so you should stop installing the security software and try installing Creative Cloud.

I shall give it a try, I've also found onther suggestions from other forum posts with deleting a few adobe files that linger around after you uninstall CC.
