Creative Cloud Not Installing Illustrator

My Creative Cloud app says that Illustrator is not available for my device. When I go through the website download link, it redirects to the Creative Cloud app. I have successfully downloaded Photoshop, Premiere, and After Affects without a problem, so there is no reason I shouldn't be able to access it. I did a session with Adobe support previously and they were unable to resolve it.

 

Here are my system specs:

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)

Ameesha, I am sorry, but Illustrator will not work on your current device. Please see https://adobe.ly/41vBPz3 for a list of applications that might install on the computer if it meets the minimum requirements for those applications.

 

If you want to run the current release of Illustrator, then make sure you are using a device that meets or exceeds the system requirements listed at https://adobe.ly/426TyNt. ^JW
