Creative cloud not loading, after trying everything.

No matter what creative cloud is stuck on an infinite loading screen. After a few minutes it says "Creative cloud is taking longer than usual to load, do you want to relaunch?" I click relaunch nothing happens. I've tried every fix, still nothing. I Searched the issue, and it came up finally i tried it but nothing. Btw I created a new adobe account since my old gmail was deleted, and I was logged in with that account, then i signed out, deleted all programs, and deleted adobe creative cloud, then I reinstalled it, went thrue the process of Creating the new account, and signed in with that (on the install page) then i started creative cloud up, and nothing... Please help! Thankyou!

reset the cc desktop app:

make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R




if that fails, repair per
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html



if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging
and then reinstall*



if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired

update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app*

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

In ,,Update" do you mean have the latest versions, if no how do i update them?

if you want to use the latest cc versions, you need to have a near-current os.

 

if you have windows, regardless of what cc version(s) you want you should update viz c++ and repair all repairable viz c++ versions.
