creative cloud not syncing & apps stop loading at 42%
I'm not sure what is wrong with creative cloud it is not syncing properly as in the status keeps being on "syncing' and never finished syncing....i've tried pausing and starting it back again and nothing I've even logged out, quit, restarted my computer and nothing....my apps are not working also. when i try to download them (photoshop or indesign) they get stuck on 42% and just stay stuck there. the only one i seem to be able to download is Illustrator and even that is working slow.... I've tried using the clean tool and whenever i try it either says its not responding or something else. I also tried uninstalling it and it won't let me either. i've cleaned out my macbook pro as best as i can but i don't think that's the problem, since I've noticed other members also have problems with their downloading stopping at 42%....i chatted with several people now and all have given me different instructions of going by it and none have helped. i'd really like a solution because i don't want to have to be paying for something that is faulty. i'm desperate at this point....i'm not able to work my school assignments at how and that is really pushing me back....really that was the reason i became a member in the first place since i could work from home. the only thing i've been using the membership is to save my school work and i can so that with dropbox, so please help me with this problem because i'm not willing to pay if i'm not getting what i paid for.
