Creative Cloud not working

I have a new Dell laptop and Windows 7. Created an account and tried to download InDesign trial. Nothing happens. Creative Cloud panel opens on desktop, but it remains totally blank. Tried other trial apps, with the same result.

    Hi WombatBob999,

    Could you please delete OOBE folder from this Location and try launching CC Desktop apps again.

    Windows;

    C:\Users\abhijiku\AppData\Local\Adobe

    Mac:

    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Please let us know whether it fixes the issue or not.

    regards,

    Abhijit

    I found the oobe folder, but when I try to delete it, I get a message that it can't be deleted because a folder or file in it is in use by another program. I had no other Adobe programs open. Tried it after a restart, but with same result.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Ok, disregard my previous post. CC was apparently running in the background on startup, and I didn't realize it. Your solution worked and am downloading InDesign now. Thanks for the help!
