Creative Cloud on Mac OS Mojave

Has anyone tested Creative Cloud with the Mac OS Mojave beta? Want to install it on one of our dev machines - but sometimes use it as backup for Photoshop / After Effects etc. Curious to hear if anyone has seen any glaring issues... this would be a good spot to log them!

What system do you run on the production Mac? This is really only discussing the experiences of people testing the Mojave beta.

But I never said I am using Sierra or High Sierra.
I am in the Public Beta 2 v 18A326h

pragyanbezo, you seem to be saying you installed this experimental system - expected to have bugs and crashes in any and all apps - on your only system and now you are surprised that you can't work???

Thanks for sharing. Hope it's still OK on your production Mac.

Not for me.

I cant open any AI files nor I can create any new ones.
So any work that I have that is related to AI, I cant do it now.

Looking forward to the fixes.

I am using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator latest versions.
Photoshop seems to work fine but Illustrator is not working at all. My work is stuck now.

Hope that helps.

I have Mojave beta version on my Mac and I just can’t...soo slooow. Everything works fine until you trying to adjust any simple settings, like color correction or shadows or basiclly anythig...

I can't run Adobe InDesign CC 2018 on my MBP 15 2017. It activates the 'spindump' process and the system becomes unusable. Has the new beta solved this problem?

No, the new beta is not allowing InDesign to open. Looking at beta 4 release notes it changes how 3rd party programs access secure parts of the system. I'm guessing that's the cause.

ah my bad, thought the note was for Beta 3

That would not be a migration, it would be a dangerous risk. Betas are out there for you to find and report how much they are broken. Betas are for people with a spare machine and spare time.

I am still using High Sierra 10.13.6, but I want to migrate to Mojave. It seems that already has the Beta 3 / Public Beta 2 rolled out. Does anyone tested it with LIGHTROOM Classic CC? Because I have two photography sessions to edit before sending to my clients.

LR Classic CC V.7.4 seems so far to be working OK on Mojave Beta 3 but says it will need to updated for 10.15 (the one after Mojave), so I assume it must be running as 32 bit. I am very surprised Adobe still seems to be running all these 32 bit programs, when most of us have had 64 bit processors on our Macs for the last 10 years or so. I have to admit I am not a big LR user having been a Capture One user for the last 14 years. C1 works just fine, being a proper 64 bit program, so I don't get the update required warning

The only major issue on at least the 2016 MBP's is the dreaded blue blobbies. Blacks are often not being properly displayed on both standard and dark modes and showing as royal blue instead. Otherwise Beta 3 is far more stable than previous Beta versions and really very usable.

I am running CS6, and Photoshop is the only program that isn't working properly for me.  It opens and works the same as it used to, but since the beta update I am unable to save anything in it.  Every time I try, I get a popup error saying "could not save filename.psd because of a disk error"  I cleared settings, and checked the scratch disk, which was empty, and nothing is fixing this problem for me.

Is CS6 technically Creative Cloud?

Agree with those who are saying they are seeing issues with the slider controls in Lightroom Classic.

"Lagging" when trying to adjust basic settings make Lightroom Classic pretty much unusable with Mojave right now.

Same for me. MacBook Pro 15" 2016 (Radeon Pro 460 and i7 2,7Ghz). Heavy lagging.

Also Resolution issues (2:1 scaling up to 4K Resolution no matter what the actual scaling factor in the OS is) still results in lagging while browsing through the library. But this seems to be an old an cheap Lightroom Problem.

For those having problems, it might be worth turning off hardware acceleration. I know this was an issue with the beta versions of High Sierra and doing this solved the problem.

Muse, Photoshop, Animate and Dreamweaver work fine under Mojave (Public Beta 2).

However CC control center seems to be outdated (32 bit) app.
