Creative Cloud opens, won't update anything at all.

 

I've downloaded and reinstalled it multiple times.

 

MacOS 10.14.6 on a Mac Mini (2014). PLEASE HELP! Whom do I call for tech support?

Creative Cloud is supported in Mac OSX 10.14 and later. Since you have mentioned that you have already tried uninstalling and re-installing the app several times, it is better you may connect with Adobe Support Team immediately without further troubleshooting.
