I have creative cloud installed on both my Mac Air and my iMac and have just installed updates on Air.

However I have tried to do the same on the iMac which had the icon on the top right hand side, but when I click on it , it comes up as just

a BLANK drop down menu / box.

Any genius out there please

Thank you

Correct answer kglad

first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

        Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

        Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.

if that fails: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/blank-white-screen-ccp.html
