Creative Cloud Photography.

I have been paying for Creative Cloud Photography Plan since April of 2017, but have not used it since. I tried to download it through Creative Cloud app today and it says neither Photoshop or Lightroom are included in my plan; only Bridge, XD, and Premier Rush which I don't even use and never have used before. I check my account and it said my current Plan was Creative Cloud Free, but under the order history of Photography Plan (20GB) from April 2019, payment has been pulled every month. The item description from the most recent invoice from March 9th of 2019 says Photoshop/Lightroom bundle. I tried to look for some help, but all of the "contact us" buttons lead to pop-up chat, which I waited for hours, but got NOTHING. When I clicked on the using my product category from the pop-up chat, it said they didn't find a supported product in my account. Then what have I been paying for in the past 2 years? So frustrating. Photoshop was the only reason why I chose to stick with this plan and I don't even get to use it.
