Creative Cloud Photography Plan

Hello I'm thinking about changing my License-based Lightroom to Creative Cloud Photography Plan.

I can't find any information though if I still can use the software if I pause (don't renew) my subscription for a certain period.

From other subscription based software I'm used to a model where I buy a subscription for one year which includes all the updates within this year.

If I decide to not renew the subscription at the end of the year, I can still use the software, but I'm restricted to the last version which was covered by my subscription.

Is this the same for the Creative Cloud Photography Plan?
