Creative Cloud - Photoshop install

Ive been trying to get photoshop to install now for three days on two seperate computers.

At home the install first stuck at 13% and never moved on after several hours. I ran the cleaner tool and tried again and it got to 38.6% and then stuck for several hours. (Wired broadband)

 

Ive just tred again on a seperate computer actually got to 86.4% and now its not moving.

 

Both machines are windows10 and have good strength broadband. How can I get photoshop to install - surley it cant be this difficult. 

 

I looked at the logs and I see  The windows error code is - 12150

 

Is there a way to just download photoshop and do the install that way??

Any help would be much appreciated.

Loriryan698, please check the install log for the fatal error that is causing the installation to fail.  You can find information on how to locate the install log at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
