Creative Cloud Plans & Pricing

I currently have PS 5 version 12.1 as well as Lightroom 3.6 and Premire Elements 15 on my PC.  I am wondering should I go to the cloud, what is the difference in the Photography verses the Photoshop beside the monthly fee of course?  Is the PS in the photography the latet version?

Special Photography Plan includes Photoshop & Lightroom & Bridge & Mobile Lightroom - programs are all the same as the higher priced single program subscriptions

 

If you don't want a subscription, look at http://www.adobe.com/products/elements-family.html for photos and video

Thank you for your reply.  I don't have an issue with the sunscription, I just wanted to know if the Photography had earlier versions or stripped down versions.
