Creative Cloud Pricing for students

     I was thinking of buying a creative cloud all application subscription with the student discount. Reading the terms I found that after one year the price returns to the "standard subscription rate". This is where I get confused, I thought the standard subscription rate was $50/mo annually but if you go into the terms on the student discount section it states " At the end of your offer term, your subscription will be automatically billed at the standard subscription rate, currently at US$29.99/month" which isn't $50/mo. Now, I went to contact adobe on a chat and they told me "It will change to USD 29.99/month with a new annual contract" and "You'll be charged CC student teacher at USD 19.99/month and for renewal it will be USD 29.99/month". Just want to make sure, is it $30 or $50 before I sign up.
