Creative Cloud Program registration not possible - Anmeldung bei Crative Cloud funktioniert nicht

the download center will open the program with the download Crative cloud. (im Download center wird bei dem runterladen das Programm Crative Cloud geöffnet.)

there I give my name and a password, which works everywhere else. (dort gebe ich meinen Namen und passwort ein, was überall sonst funktioniert.)

then loads the program a few seconds and then is - logged off (dann läd das programm ein paar sekunden und dann steht - abgemeldet)

I need it professionally I hope a quick solution (da ich es auch beruflich benötige hoffe ich eine schnelle lösung)
