Creative Cloud PSD "Go to Extract" Feature Not Working??

Hello, I was curious if there was something currently wrong with the Creative Cloud's PSD "Go to Extract" feature right now? We have developers who use this feature to pull assets and specs, and it seems like it's been down for a few days now. I've tried accessing PSDs that I know worked in the past and no luck. I even tried my personal account that I have and that one doesn't work either. Can someone please help with this? My department pretty much depends on this feature to develop our UI designs. Thank you so much for your help it's really appreciated!

I tested the extract feature in dreamweaver and it works there. It looks like it's just a web view in the Extract window there and it works fine. Unfortunately this isn't a fix for our dev teams because they don't have any adobe products. I also tested this in Google Chrome, FireFox, and Safari. It didn't work in any of these browsers. I just keep getting those 4 moving boxes that says rendering… Thanks again for your help!

Hi Joe - I'm sorry you ran into this issue.  We did notice some service issues on extract last week that we resolved.  Please let me know if you are continuing to see problems with the extract service.

Thanks
