Creative Cloud quits updating after 5%

I have eight or nine outstanding updates to perform on Creative Cloud - they all quit after 5%.

Clicking Retry produces the same result.


I can't launch any Adobe products until this issue is resolve. As a freelance creative this is
an extremely frustrating position to be in.

Adobe - this is rubbish...I pay monthly by direct debit for this non-service.
If there were some rival programmes I would be switching right now.

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
